How Booking Works

Click here to book a time to paint your own pottery.

Space is limited in our little store. Therefore, we limit painting to one group at a time. For groups over 4 (we can accommodate up to groups of 8, please contact us at saleskiddiwinkkids@gmail.com or (715) 812-1121 to make your reservation. We love larger groups, but it requires a bit more planning due to the quaint size of the store.

When you book online, only one reservation is needed for your entire group. A confirmation email will be sent once the reservation is made.

Reservations are for two-hour time blocks as this allows us to provide painting to as many groups as possible.  If there is no reservation after your time, you are welcome to stay and paint longer.  Just ask our staff!

You are welcome to walk-in, however, painting maybe unavailable if there is group already in store or one expected within the hour.

How the Process Works

We have a large selection of pottery to pick from.  From children’s items to dinnerware, mugs, and so much more!  Each item is individually priced and ranges from $7 and up.  There is no studio fee and the price includes all paints, tools, and firing of your piece.  Payment is required at the time of painting.
This is the fun part.  We will help you pick your colors and get you set up and leave you to have a great time and paint!

We have a variety of paints and brushes to satisfy everyone’s creative flair as well as  stamps and stencils for use. Look for videos online for examples of techniques!
After you finish your piece, you will leave it with us. We will over-glaze and kiln fire your item to give it that shiny beautiful look and make it food safe.

Your piece will be ready for pickup in about a week. We will call and email you when your pottery is ready for pickup.  We also offer shipping if you will be unable to pick up the pottery at the store. Shipping costs are a flat fee depending on the total purchase amount. Ask in-store for the current shipping prices. This is a great option if you’re visiting the area!
The over-glazing and kiln firing make the pottery food safe.  We use the highest quality glazes that contain no lead or other harmful metals.  However, we do not recommend microwave or dishwasher use.  The extreme heating and cooling can cause tiny micro cracks in the pottery; not making it food safe. We like to think of these pieces as family treasures that you want to last a very long time. We want to care for them as such.

While we want to provide as much time as possible to pick up your finished piece, our quaint store does not allow us to hold finished pottery for more than 30 days.  We will contact you by phone first to let you know your pottery is ready for pickup.  If pottery remains, we will contact you via email.  A final attempt will be made by either phone or email to let you know that we will be destroying or donating the pottery after a specific date.

If you know you will not be able to pick up your pottery in person, you are welcome to have it shipped to a single address for a flat fee depending on shipping location (see flat rates here).  If you no longer want your pottery, please also let us know.
